As safety and competence dictates, BTW instruction includes Range Work, Residential Driving and Expressway Driving. (If student's instructor determines student is lacking proficiency behind-the-wheel, not all components may be covered to ensure safety to student, instructor and other drivers on road ways. Extra driving sessions are available for purchase as needed.) BTW instruction consists of three 2-hour sessions that are scheduled at the discretion of the student's assigned instructor based on instructor's and student's availability. The BTW instruction is currently conducted from our main car lot at Marietta Sixth Grade Academy located at 340 Aviation Rd, Marietta, 30064.

The 30-hour class and 6-hour behind-the-wheel instruction are conducted at separate times. Once the student begins the 30-hour class, he/she is added to a queue to await assignment to a behind-the-wheel instructor. Once assigned, the instructor contacts the parent directly to schedule the three 2-hour behind-the-wheel sessions. (You may schedule your student's in-car lessons, if your student's behind-the-wheel instructor contacts you to schedule lessons prior to your student's completion of the online course. The two instructional components work hand-in-hand, one is not a pre-requisite to the other.)

Upon successful completion of the 30-hour online class, the student will receive a 30-hour Driver Education Classroom Completion Certificate via email from the online course account. Upon completion of the 6-hour BTW instruction, the student will receive a 6-hour BTW Completion Certificate via email from our office staff.
