  • Fun with Food!

Fun with Food students are provided with their own set of utensils, food items and containers. They are given a "recipe" and they have the option to add or delete what they would like. There is always a topic or theme for each class, but generally it is more an opportunity for them to experiment with new foods and taste new flavors in each class. While many students will tell me that they "don't like that", I require them to taste everything one time. The classes benefit students by raising their confidence, educating them on healthy eating habits and how certain foods may effect them and hopefully inspiring them to try new foods and to bring their knowledge and food samples home to share with everyone.
