Shaffer will lead a special tour of Cheatham Hill - scene of the heaviest fighting during the June 27, 1864, Battle of Kennesaw Mountain. Participants will meet in the picnic shelter parking lot, located at 902 Cheatham Hill Rd, Marietta, GA 30064. Wear safe, comfortable walking shoes, and dress appropriately for the weather.
