    In a nutshell, 3D printing is a disruptive technology. It’s basically Star Trek wrapped in the Industrial Revolution and soaked in the Internet. It’s the ability to take something from your imagination, shaped on a computer, then given form in the real world. Each week, we’ll show and explain how a 3D printer works and discuss how it's changed the world. It’s an opportunity for the kids to work in the future, today. Plus, the students will develop their own design which we will print for them and they’ll get to keep! Our Chess instructors and coaches are not only exceptional chess players themselves, but they have a passion for sharing their knowledge with children. They have years of chess playing experience, tournament experience, and the passion to keep the kids entertained!     What is Technology? We assume our children know, but is that always the case? Today’s students bask in almost science-fiction like wonderfulness and it seems nothing is impossible. That wonder brings both challenge and opportunity as we seek to prepare them for the exciting future that lays ahead. In this class, your child will learn basic PC Skills (starting with Typing) as well as receive an introduction and instruction to various technologies. Did you take this class before?     Turn on your creativity as we dive into a new book each week. As we flip through the pages we will explore the different themes of sharing, working together, kindness, making mistakes, and believing in yourself as we create fun crafts with household items! That’s right, we will be using items from your very own home to design your masterpiece. Be on the lookout for a listing of materials you may want to have on hand for this exciting experience : ) don’t worry - Most can all be found within the home. In some cases it may be a good idea to collect a variety of items leading up to the class so you have more options of materials to work with.     Spanish Now ASP is a highly successful vocabulary based after-school Spanish enrichment program established in 2005. Our program is available to students in grades Pre-K to 5th, offering different classes based on age and ability. The success of our program is due to our continued commitment to small class sizes, our experienced and well trained staff and a curriculum which continually introduces the students to new content, vocabulary and Hispanic culture. Our teachers provide a fun learning environment where students are given the opportunity to develop basic language. Our goal is to help children gain an enthusiasm and appreciation for learning Spanish as a second language. Each class incorporates games, songs, writing and reading in order to generate and maintain the interest of every child.”

    Taekwondo is a fun way for children to get fit and to learn focus, discipline, respect, perseverance, and self-defense skills. Students who take our program are often able to focus on school work better, and their improved confidence and skills help them deal with difficult social situations, such as getting bullied. Taekwondo is a Korean martial art that focuses on kicks, and our instructors are passionate about helping every student do their best to reach their potential. Our program focuses on TKD basics, as well as general fitness. Zoom sessions will be on Mondays at 6 p.m. from April 13 - May 18
