Get ready to rev up your creativity and engineering skills in this hands-on, week-long workshop where you’ll design, build, and race your very own CO₂-powered dragster! Perfect for middle schoolers, this workshop combines science, technology, and fun as you explore the mechanics behind fast-moving cars.

Throughout the week, you will:
• Master the Basics of Aerodynamics: Learn how shape and size impact speed, and explore design strategies to minimize drag and maximize speed.
• Build with Precision: Craft your CO₂ dragster from start to finish, from initial sketches to the final model. You’ll use lightweight materials, specialized tools, and gain hands-on experience with engineering basics.
• Test and Tune: Conduct test runs and fine-tune your dragster for optimal performance, making adjustments for balance, weight, and speed.
• Race Day!: Compete in an exciting final race to see whose dragster is the fastest! Celebrate your hard work, analyze your results, and gain insight into what makes vehicles fly down the track.
