Yoga for Two
Yoga for Two is a fun, relaxing yoga class for moms and their mini yogis. This class will incorporate slow flowing yoga movements and poses that increase strength, flexibility and awareness while allowing for bonding, playing and singing with your mini yogi. You will learn specific yoga poses and breathing techniques that help you reconnect with your mind and body and deepen the bond between you and your child. This class is perfect for first time and experienced moms and yogis of all levels. Yogis must be three years old or older! Mommies must provide yoga mats.
