Summer Camp Total Package

Want to make sure your camper is enrolled for all of the weeks of Summer Camp so they don’t miss out on any of the summer fun? Register for the Summer Camp Total Package today! Campers will enjoy weekly field trips, fun in-house enrichment activities, and so much more!! To guarantee your camper’s spot, the total tuition must be paid by May 15, 2026.

The Summer Camp Total Package option allows families to register once for the entire summer, guaranteeing your child’s spot for every week of camp at a discounted rate.

Families who select the Summer Camp Total Package option receive:

• $100 off the total price for the full summer compared to families who register for each week individually 
• One-time registration instead of weekly sign-ups
• Convenient monthly payment plan with automatic payments

Payment Plan Details

Families have two options when paying for the Summer Camp Total Package:

1. Enroll in the installment plan
   • Families who enroll in the installment payments are required to pay a $100 deposit at time of registration and the additional payments are divided into equal monthly payments. 
2. Pay in full at the time of registration

Installment payments are automatically charged to the card on file on the following dates:
January 15, February 15, March 15, April 15, and May 15.

If you register after one or more payment dates, any missed installments will be due at the time of registration. Families are welcome to make additional payments at any time in advance of scheduled installments.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Please note that the Summer Camp Total Package is non-refundable.
Since this package includes all weeks of camp at a discounted rate, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, missed weeks, or schedule changes.

Sibling Discount

Families registering more than one child will receive $100 off the total package price for each additional sibling after the first student.

Example: The first child is registered at the full Summer Camp Total Package rate. Each additional sibling registered under the same account will receive the $100 discount.

This ensures the discount applies only to additional siblings after the first student, not to all enrolled children.
