Fun with Food is offering a one week culinary camp that will touch on five various countries including Mexico, Italy, Germany, France and Japan. We will learn about kitchen safety, mise en place, country culture, measuring, recipe following, recipe creation, and we will work individually and as a team! We will talk about food and culture in those countries. All food will be vegetarian and plant-based. Each day will include one hands-on recipe creation that will serve as a lunch and a demonstration recipe that we will eat as a snack! All food will be eaten during the camp. We will also spend some time playing food-related games and having lots of conversation about FOOD and how it powers our bodies!
