Mindful Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa yoga is a flowing dynamic sequence of poses linked together with the breath that increases flexibility, strength, and stamina while calming the mind. This course is a mindful flow yoga that will incorporate the universal principles of alignment and pranayama (the breath). Students new to yoga will develop the skills and knowledge to develop yoga into a lifelong practice. More experienced yogis will deepen their understanding of alignment mindfulness and pranayama. Students should bring their own yoga mats.
