This class is a 2 day class and designed for ages 14 and up.

Let your creativity flow. Whether you have experience working with clay, you've always wanted to try your hand at pottery, or you are just looking for a fun activity to do with friends to release some creative energy, this class is for you!
Class 1: Learn the basic fundamentals of pottery and choose to sculpt your own mug or bowl. Participants will learn basic hand building techniques, including how to apply various surface finishes such as stamps, nature imprints and applique. At the end the first class, you will have a masterpiece in progress that is ready for the kiln.
Class 2: You will complete your fired creation by learning to apply underglazes and glazes.. Your pottery will then be fired again to reveal your final masterpiece.
